Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with any purchases from Metro Shades and will do whatever we can within our policy to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer of ours - that's the spirit behind our store and our returns policy.

To commence a product return please complete a Returns and Exchange Application providing proof of purchase as well as any additional comments regarding your order before you return any products to us. Further instructions will be provided by our Customer Service team.

What is your returns policy?

Our quality control team inspects all deliveries from Metro Shades to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us via Customer Service or commence a product return via the Returns and Exchange Application.

Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

Can I return or exchange my Internet purchase at a store?

At this point in time there are no physical stores in operation so unfortunately this is not possible.
